I hereby expressly authorize BARCELONA WATERPOLO CLUB (hereinafter, “BIWPA”) to capture, use, and publish the image and/or voice of my child during their participation in activities, training sessions, competitions, or events organized by BIWPA or in which BIWPA collaborates. This authorization includes the right for BIWPA to use photographs and videos featuring my child, individually or as part of a group, for promotional, advertising, and editorial purposes related to BIWPA’s activities, services, and events, in any format, medium, or platform — including but not limited to social media, printed materials, websites, audiovisual productions, and digital publications. This authorization is granted free of charge, worldwide, and for an indefinite period of time, solely for the purposes described above. I understand that this consent does not give rise to any right to payment or compensation.
