In general, and without justification of force majeure, once payment has been made for the Summer Camp or Colònies d’Estiu, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds of the reservation fee or full registration will only be considered in the following emergency or force majeure situations:

Before cancelling, check whether your case is included below and if you can provide the required documentation. Cancellations can only be made before the start date of the camp.

FORCE MAJEURE SITUATIONS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND (documentation required):

a) Death of the main participant, additional participant, or a direct relative or caregiver. A death certificate must be provided.

b) Unexpected serious illness or injury affecting the registered participant or a first-degree family member (parents or siblings). A medical certificate must confirm that the person is unable to attend due to a serious and unexpected health issue. The document must be dated after the payment date and must be sent via email to: activitats@alberglamolina.com within 2 days of cancellation. Pre-existing conditions known at the time of booking are not covered.

c) Obligations imposed by authorities, including: summons for jury or electoral duty, travel restrictions, court appearances, or military deployment. Also includes quarantine due to epidemics (see point e). An official document issued after the payment and naming the affected person must be submitted.

d) Natural disasters, terrorism, or civil/political unrest preventing safe travel to/from the destination or compromising the safety of the stay.

e) Epidemics that suddenly affect a region or group. Diseases already associated with the area are excluded. Our response will depend on official statements from the WHO and local authorities.

f) Travel restrictions imposed by public administrations, law enforcement, or military authorities that prevent travel to or from the camp location.

g) Official security warnings related to the destination where the camp is to take place.
