In general, and without justification of force majeure, once the payment for the Summer Camp or Summer Camp has been made, it is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Only in the following cases of emergency or force majeure will the amount paid for the reservation of the place or the total registration fee be refunded:

Before cancelling, check if your case is included in the following situations and if you can provide the requested documentation. Remember that cancellations can only be made before the start date of the course.

SITUATIONS OF MAJOR FORCE WITH POSSIBILITY OF REPLACEMENT (documentation required):

a) Death of the main or additional host, or a direct relative or carer. In these cases, you will have to provide a death certificate.

b) Unexpected serious illness or injury affecting the applicant or a member of the first-degree family (parents or siblings). You must present a medical report confirming that the person is unable to attend school or camp due to a serious and unexpected illness or injury. The date of issue of the document must be after the date of payment, and it must be sent by e-mail to activitats@alberglamolina.com within 2 days of cancellation. Pre-existing illnesses known to the user at the time of booking are not covered by our cancellation policy.

c) Obligations imposed by the authorities, including: summons to be a member of a jury or polling station, travel restrictions, court appearances or absence due to a military mission, confinement due to epidemics and/or prevention of epidemics* (see point e). You will have to provide a copy of the official communication issued after the payment of the reservation in which the name of the person subject to one of these obligations or an official document appears.

d) Natural disasters, terrorism and civil or political disturbances that prevent the hostee from travelling to or from the place of destination or that do not guarantee a safe stay.

e) Epidemics that affect a region or a group of people. Diseases that are already associated with a specific area are excluded. The measures to be taken in the event of an outbreak of a disease and the extent of such outbreaks will depend on official communications issued by the World Health Organisation and local authorities.

f) Travel restrictions imposed by the public administration, a member of the forces of law and order or a military entity that restrict travel to or from the location of the accommodation or experience.

g) Security threat warnings issued in relation to the location of the accommodation where the summer camps and/or Summer Camp are planned to take place.
