Cancelation policy
Remember that registration will only be confirmed once payment has been made. If payment is not made within 24 hours, registration will be automatically cancelled and will not be recorded.
No refund will be issued for cancellations of all or part of the reserved weeks. Only in case of cancellation due to a justified force majeure, you may choose between:
a. A nominative voucher for the full unused amount, which the child may use in any of the schools or camps before September 30, 2027.
b. A refund of 50% of the unused amount.

No exceptions will be made to these rules.
