WHAT IS YOUR LEVEL OF SOCCER?
We offer two modes of programme to suit every player’s lifestyle and learning style, choose between our Residential Programme for a full-immersion experience or the Day Camp for daily participation.
Residential Camp: Our Residential Programme offers a fully immersive experience where participants stay on-site for the duration of the camp. It includes accommodation, all meals, 24-hour supervision, and access to evening activities and excursions. Ages 10-17 only.
Day camp: Our Day Camp is designed for participants who prefer to attend daily sessions without overnight accommodation. Campers join the same high-quality training, language lessons, and activities during the day, then return home or to their own accommodation in the evenings. Children aged 9 can attend half day programme for the morning football session and depart before lunch. Ages 10-17 can attend the full programme schedule.
Standard Programme: designed to involve participants to practice and learn all footballing abilities.
Development Programme: designed to challenge participants to practice and develope their skills in order to progress.
High performance: For participants who are playing for a club or are highly skilled. Players can pursue the highest potential, focused on technical, tactical, team preparation and performance analysis plus injury prevention.
Goalkeeping Programme: specialised position training with unique drills & coaching insight. This programme is only available from 19th July to 31st July 2026.
English Course plus Soccer: 19 hours of soccer training plus 8 hours of English classes per week.
Our programme is accredited by British Council to guarantee the high quality of service in English classes.
Language tuition uses a fun, participative approach to learning and emphasises spoken language skills within a soccer context. Students receive 8 hours of English lessons per week, in classes of a maximum size of 15 students. Students are tested on arrival, and placed with other students of approximately the same level.
In addition to the use of the latest video analysis technology and training techniques, participants will have the opportunity to participate in our Pro-Experience seminars, delivered by West Ham United Foundation’s staff and covering areas including Scouting/Player identification, Nutrition and Physical Conditioning and other their specialist areas. During the course participants will have visits from a professional or youth Academy player from West Ham United who will share their expertise & knowledge of the professional sports world. A personal soccer assessment will be given at the end of the programme.
ENGLISH CLASSES
Do you love football and want to learn English? Then this is the course for you! This course has been developed to help young learners develop their language skills through a programme with a strong football theme and aimed at those children with a passion for the sport. As such, You will enjoy interactive activities, such as watching videos, playing games, completing quizzes, and chatting with other learners.. The programme incorporates many resources with a football theme; including games, stories, and role-plays. We aim to encourage creativity and critical thinking, as well as increasing a child’s vocabulary and reading and writing ability. During the programme, you will learn new words and phrases related to football, such as players, positions, rules, and tactics. You will also practice your reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through interactive activities, such as reading stories, writing reports, listening to podcasts, and speaking with native speakers. At the same time, you will also learn about the culture and history of football, famous teams, players, and tournaments. By the end of this course, you will be able to talk about your favorite sport in English with confidence and enthusiasm. This course is taught by qualified teachers, who use the latest methods and materials in language teaching.

Cancelation policy
Cancellation Policy Summer Junior Short-Stay Programmes All cancellations must be made in writing and will be confirmed in writing by Choices International. If you cancel within 14 days of booking, a full refund will be provided minus a £150 registration fee. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 90 days of the cancellation date and refunded to the original payer using the same payment method. However, this clause shall be deemed null and void in cases where cancellation occurs within four (4) weeks prior to the commencement of junior summer programmes. In such cases, the Participant may have the option to make a claim through their insurance provider. Any recovery of course fees shall be subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation cost provisions of the insurance policy, and to the Participant’s full compliance with those requirements. Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
Individuals: All cancellation fees are calculated based on the full contracted programme fee. a. 30 days or less before the start date: 100% cancellation fee. b. Between 31 and 59 days before the start date: 50% cancellation fee. c. 60 days or more before the start date: 30% cancellation fee. d. Non-Refundable Fees: The registration booking fee (£150) and the administration fee (£125) are strictly non refundable. e. Bank Charges: A £20 fee will be applied to any refunds issued via bank transfer, in addition to any applicable sender’s bank charges.
Groups: Cancellation fees apply to all group bookings. Please note that if an individual or individuals within a group cancel, their cancellation fee will be 100% in all cases. a. 8 weeks or more before the start date: A cancellation charge of 50% of the total programme fee will be applied. b. Less than 8 weeks before the start date: A 100% cancellation fee will be applied. c. Non-Refundable Fees: The registration booking fee (£75) and the administration fee (£125) are strictly non-refundable. d. Bank Charges: A £20 fee will be applied to any refunds issued via bank transfer, in addition to all associated bank charges.
Once the course has started, fees are non-refundable. A participant who fails to attend any part of his/her course due to illness or any other reason whatsoever, whether within or outside the participant’s control, shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid, nor to attend any classes or training in place of those missed. If a participant is seriously ill or injured and is diagnosed by a doctor as unfit to train or study he/she must leave the programme immediately.
Parents will be notified so that they can make the appropriate arrangements for his/her immediate departure/repatriation. In such an event, Choices International will not be liable for any expenses, and any costs incurred will be charged to the participant or their parents or guardians. Repatriation expenses shall be covered by the insurance provided to students through the programme.
Visas Where applicable, Choices International will provide all the necessary documentation to enable students to secure their visas for the programme. However, Choices International shall only provide the visa service upon receipt of 50 % of the total programme fee plus registration. For applicants from countries classified as high-risk under UK visa regulations, Choices International requires payment in full 100% of the total programme fee prior to the issuance of any Confirmation of Acceptanceof programme or supporting visa documentation. This condition ensures compliance with visa requirements and secures the student’s place in the programme.
For registrations submitted three months or more prior to the commencement of the programme, full payment of the programme fees shall be required before Choices International can issue the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies for visa purposes. Express courier cost for original booking documents to be sent from Choices International to a client: £100 will be requested if this service has been provided. Choices International will not provide any refunds or compensation for failure to obtain, maintain, or produce the necessary travel or immigration documents, including passports, visas, or permits. This includes visa denials due to eligibility criteria, late applications, prior refusals, criminal records, or failure to meet any required conditions. No payment will be returned under any circumstances if a participant is unable to travel due to non-compliance with these requirements. Proof of visa refusal must be provided and a scanned copy of the visa should be emailed to Choices International to enable us to check that it is correct.
Choices International cannot be held responsible for any errors made during the visa application process.
Visa Cancellation and Insurance Refunds Some partial costs may be covered by the standard insurance policy provided in the programme, subject to the terms and conditions of the individual insurance policy applicable to each participant enrolled in the academy programme.
Participants (or their fee payers) may be eligible to claim a refund of up to £7,500 through the standard insurance policy, subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.
Programme fees will be refunded through the insurance provider only if the visa is refused through no fault of the participant. No refund will be made if the visa refusal results from the fault or negligence of the participant, parents, or agent, including but not limited to submission of incomplete documentation or insufficient proof of funds.
Any cancellation claims must be made by the client directly to the insurance company. Choices International will not be involved in the claims process.
