Cancelation policy
1.1. Participant Cancellation:
- - Up to 45 days before the start of the Camp: Participants are entitled to an 80% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover administrative and management costs.
- - Between 44 and 15 days before the start of the Camp: Participants are entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.
- - Less than 15 days before the start of the Camp: No refund will be issued, except in cases of force majeure duly justified and documented, such as serious illness or accident.
- To request a cancellation, participants must send written notification to info@biwpa.com, including supporting documentation in cases of force majeure.
1.2. Camp Cancellation:
- If BIWPA cancels the Camp for organizational reasons, participants are entitled to:
- - A full refund of the amount paid, or
- - The option to apply the amount paid as credit for future Camps organized by BIWPA.
- In cases of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), BIWPA will refund 80% of the amount paid, retaining 20% to cover incurred costs.
1.3. Camp Modifications:
- If BIWPA makes significant changes to the Camp (e.g., dates, schedules, or location), participants will be notified at least 10 days in advance. If participants do not accept the modifications, they can choose to:

- Request a full refund, or - - Apply the amount paid to a future Camp.
1.4. Participant Substitution:
- Participants may transfer their registration to another person by notifying BIWPA at least 7 days before the Camp begins. Complete details of the new participant must be provided.
1.5. Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within a maximum of 15 business days from the acceptance of the cancellation request.
1.6. No-Show or Withdrawal During the Camp:
- - If a participant fails to attend the first day of the Camp without prior cancellation notification, no refund will be issued.
- - If a participant withdraws from the Camp after it has started, no refund will be granted, except in cases of force majeure that are duly justified.
