- Participants will be grouped primarily by skill level rather than age

1:45 – 3:45 PM – Pool Session (Afternoon)

Video Analysis Session: Take your game even further with exclusive video analysis using Watlicam (waterline camera) footage of Olympians Bea Ortiz, Anni Espar, Álvaro Granados, and Felipe Perrone.
Coaching Staff (TBC):
- Yuri Colet – Head Coach of the BIWPA Academy in Barcelona with 15+ years of high-level experience.
- Ferran Pascual – Former professional player and the first coach of the BIWPA Academy; he is also the former Head Coach of the CN Rubí Senior Men’s Team (Spanish División de Honor) and currently serves as Head Coach of the Portuguese Women’s National Team.
- Goalkeeper Coach TBC.
Camp is open to any and all entrants limited only by capacity, age, and/or grade.

Cancelation policy
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY | BIWPA-USA CORP.
Important: In all cases, the credit card fee (up to 3.5%) will not be refunded.
1. General Clause
All refund requests must be duly justified. The final decision regarding any refund or credit will depend exclusively on the discretion of the organizer. BIWPA-USA reserves the right to evaluate any situation not specifically covered by this policy on a case-by-case basis.
2. Participant Cancellation
Important: In all cases, the credit card fee (up to 3.5%) will not be refunded.

2. Participant Cancellation
- More than 45 days before the start of the camp: 80% refund of the amount paid.
- Between 44 and 30 days before the start of the camp: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 30 days before the start of the camp: No refund, except in cases of duly documented force majeure (serious illness, injury, death of a close relative, or other major personal or family emergencies).
Sports-related circumstances: If a participant is called up for a national team or an important official competition is rescheduled on the same dates (with proper documentation), participants are entitled to an 80% refund.
Procedure: Participants must submit a written notification to usa@biwpa.com, including supporting documentation where applicable.
3. Camp Cancellation by BIWPA-USA
- Organizational reasons: Participants are entitled to a full refund or the option to apply the amount paid as credit for a future camp.
- Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions): Refund of 80% of the amount paid; 20% retained to cover administrative and incurred costs.
4. Camp Modifications
If there are significant changes to the camp (dates, schedules, location) communicated at least 10 days in advance, participants may:
- Request a full refund, or
- Apply the amount paid as credit for a future camp.
5. Participant Substitution
Participants may transfer their registration to another person by notifying BIWPA-USA at least 7 days before the start of the camp, providing full details of the new participant.
6. No-Show or Withdrawal During the Camp
- If a participant does not attend the first day without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
- If a participant withdraws after the camp has started, no refund will be granted, except in cases of duly documented force majeure.
7. Expulsion for Disciplinary or Technical Reasons
No refund or credit will be granted in cases of expulsion due to disciplinary actions or technical decisions.
8. Injuries During the Camp
- Injuries that do not prevent partial participation: no refund or compensation.
- Severe injuries that require leaving the program entirely: partial refund or credit may be offered at the discretion of BIWPA-USA.
