That we are interested in our son participating in one of the Football Programs educational experiences within the Club's training projects, which in no case will be a sports test, with one of the training football teams of the Girona Futbol Club, SAD. Said experience will be carried out from the day selected in the following drop-down menu, until the day selected in the second drop-down menu, declaring under our responsibility, the good state of health to carry out the same as well as (except express authorization from your current Club) , certifying that our son has no federation commitment of any kind.

Likewise, we exempt Girona Futbol Club, SAD from any liability derived from any of these breaches on my part.

In the event that I suffer an injury, the Girona Futbol Club, SAD would be exempt from any responsibility, since I go to the Football Programs experience voluntarily and without receiving any type of financial compensation for carrying out any of said sports activities framed in said program.

This document is not, in any case, considered a pre-contract or contractual promise, so no contractual obligation can be required between the parties.

Important Notes: If applicable, it is mandatory to present permission of the Club in which the Player is registered at that moment.

The interested party consents to their data being included in the data processing register held by Girona Futbol Club, SAD, for the sole purpose of managing the Football Experiences program within any of its training projects, unless they exercise any rights that prevent us from retaining their data. The data provided is mandatory for participating in the aforementioned experiences and may be retained by Girona Futbol Club, SAD. The player may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, as well as the right to withdraw consent, by sending an email to the following address: protecciondatos@gironafc.cat
