Data Protection Policy

The interested party consents to their data being included in the data processing register held by Girona Futbol Club, SAD, for the sole purpose of managing the Football Experiences program within any of its training projects, unless they exercise any rights that prevent us from retaining their data. The data provided is mandatory for participating in the aforementioned experiences and may be retained by Girona Futbol Club, SAD. The player may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, as well as the right to withdraw consent, by sending an email to the following address: protecciondatos@gironafc.cat

Parental Consent

We give our express consent for our son to leave the "Les Hortes" Sports Academy independently or with friends during the week and on weekends in the city of Girona. Any outings outside the city of Girona must be agreed upon between the family and the tutor.

In the event that we do not give consent in point 1, we give our express consent for our minor child to be able to leave the “Les Hortes” Sports Academy within the established schedule, but always accompanied by a residence employee.

We give our express consent for our son to participate in trips and activities organized by the “Les Hortes” Sports Academy and/or the Club.

We expressly consent to our minor child leaving the Residence on weekend afternoons/evenings outside of the established hours (the schedule will be agreed upon between the guardian and the family), provided that the family and the guardian coordinate with us 24 hours in advance of departure (for example, to go to the cinema, out to dinner, etc.), regardless of their accommodation. If our child is not back by the established hours, the Residence's internal regulations will apply.

We expressly consent to our minor child spending the weekend at our home, and we agree that they will be back by the established return time (10:00 PM on Sunday) and will use public transportation. If our child is not back by the established time, the internal regulations of the “Les Hortes” Sports Academy will apply.

Use of Medications

Due to residence regulations, players under the age of 18 are not permitted to have medication in their rooms. Any medication will be confiscated until the end of their stay. Whenever a player requires medication, a specific form will be sent by email to their parents/legal guardians to authorize its use (valid for one dose only). If you prefer that the player keep their medication in their room, or if the player is currently taking medication prescribed by their doctor, please complete the following sections:
