I hereby expressly authorize BARCELONA WATERPOLO CLUB (hereinafter, “BIWPA”) to capture, use, and publish the image and/or voice of my child during their participation in activities, training sessions, competitions, or events organized by BIWPA or in which BIWPA collaborates. This authorization includes the right for BIWPA to use photographs and videos featuring my child, individually or as part of a group, for promotional, advertising, and editorial purposes related to BIWPA’s activities, services, and events, in any format, medium, or platform — including but not limited to social media, printed materials, websites, audiovisual productions, and digital publications. This authorization is granted free of charge, worldwide, and for an indefinite period of time, solely for the purposes described above. I understand that this consent does not give rise to any right to payment or compensation. Parents or legal guardians may revoke their consent at any time by sending a written request to administracio@bcnwaterpoloclub.com , attaching a copy of the parent/guardian’s ID and the minor’s ID. Such revocation will not affect materials already created or published prior to receipt of the request. BIWPA agrees to process all images and personal data of the minor in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). BIWPA will adopt all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection, integrity, and dignity of the minor and to prevent any use that could infringe their fundamental rights.
